I stayed at this hotel and found it to be in a convenient location near the center of Lloret De Mar, with easy access to shops and local amenities. The rooms, although equipped with plug sockets, had an unsafe balcony for an additional £200 charge, which was a bit concerning. The service throughout my stay was inconsistent, with some staff members being friendly, but with others showing a lack of concern for guests' experience. The dining options were suitable for vegetarians and included gourmet pizzas, but the overall experience was average. Despite encountering these drawbacks, I did appreciate the facilities offered by the hotel.
